All orders are carefully hand-packed by our workshop elves and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

4.2. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to most regions worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including international customs processing.

4.4. Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5.1. Return Policy

We want you to be utterly thrilled with your purchase. We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unworn condition
• All original tags are attached
• The item is in its original packaging
• You include proof of purchase (order number)

5.2. Final Sale Items

To ensure the health and safety of our magical community, we cannot accept returns on the following items once their packaging has been disturbed:

• Wigs (for hygiene reasons)
• Make-Up products (for hygiene reasons)
• Infant Costumes (for safety and hygiene reasons)

These items are considered final sale.

5.3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our Customer Service Wizards at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for authorization – our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Package your item securely with your order number and Return Authorization Number clearly visible inside

5.4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). For international returns, any customs duties or taxes are also the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
