Once you’ve completed your magical purchase, our workshop elves spring into action!

Order Processing Time: All orders are carefully hand-packed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Cost: $12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: These timeframes are estimates and can be affected by international customs processing, especially for our adventurers outside the United States (excluding Asia and some remote regions).

The Enchanting Returns & Exchange Process

We want you to be utterly thrilled with your Disney Costume or Renaissance Garb. If your item isn’t the perfect fit for your next adventure, our return policy is designed to be straightforward.

Return Policy Overview:

  • We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
  • Item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Please include your proof of purchase (order number).

🛑 Important Note on Final Sale Items: To ensure the health and safety of all our magical community, we cannot accept returns on the following items once their packaging has been disturbed:

  • Wigs (for hygiene reasons)
  • Make-Up products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Infant Costumes (for safety and hygiene reasons)

These items are considered final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Wizards: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send an email to [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary details.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and specific instructions.
  3. Package Your Item Securely: Include your order number and the Return Authorization Number clearly inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our enchanted workshop at:

    Please Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item to you.

A Note for Our International Adventurers

For our customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and some remote regions), return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return finds its way safely back to our workshop.

Magical Tip: Using DHL or FedEx (our standard carriers) for international returns often results in faster processing times once it reaches us.
