At Ghost Couture Store, we believe your journey to finding the perfect character should be enchanting from start to finish. While we strive to ensure every 1970’s Costume, Disney Costume, and Superhero Costume that leaves our workshop is spellbinding, we understand that sometimes a magical mishap may occur.

If your item isn’t quite the perfect fit for your next adventure, our Returns & Exchanges policy is here to make things right. We’ve designed this process to be as smooth and effortless as gliding through a Renaissance ballroom in one of our Renaissance Costumes.

Our Return Policy

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase
Please Note: For the health and safety of all our magical customers, we cannot accept returns on Wigs, Make-Up products, or any Infant Costumes that have been removed from their original packaging. These items are final sale.

The Enchanting Returns Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] using the template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) you’re returning, including your order number and Return Authorization Number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to:

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of when the refund appears in your account may vary depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.

International Returns

For our magical customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and some remote regions), return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches our enchanted workshop safely.

Magical Tip: Consider the shipping method when returning items. Using DHL or FedEx (our standard shipping carriers) typically results in faster processing times for international returns.
